Vaibhav brings with about 20 years of experience in pharma and biotech industry of which 9 years were in biotech R&D. Vaibhav is a co-author on 15 publications in clinical and business disciplines and also an inventor on 18 U.S. patents and more than two dozen international patents. 

Vaibhav has worked on multiple high profile studies for client such as Novartis, Pfizer, Janssen, NovoNordisk, Avanir, Millennium, Shire, etc. in forecasting, market research, brand analytics and sales operations. Vaibhav has built patient level forecasting models and regression based time series models in complex markets such as oncology and rare disease.

Over the years, Vaibhav has provided strategic project planning and execution, competitively positioned existing products, identified new market entry opportunities, created and monitored budgets, developed and executed advanced quantitative simulations, designed and implemented market analytics and advised clients on future steps towards growth and profitability. 

Prior to joining Symphony, Vaibhav held positions such as Vice President of Analytics at Medimix International, Vice President of Custom Market Research at ORC International and as an Engagement Manager at IMS Heatlh.

Vaibhav has a MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, where he also acquired a certificate in health-sector management. He also holds a MS degree in Medicinal Chemistry from the college of pharmacy at the University of Rhode Island during which he also completed coursework for the doctoral degree and a B.Pharm degree in Pharmacy from KMK college of Pharmacy, University of Mumbai, India.

LeTonya is an award-winning strategist with three decades of extensive experience working across multiple industry sectors.  Her background includes service delivery at the national level (USA), project management at the international level, and encompasses a client roster of state and county government entities, as well as financial services, technology, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, education, military, and non-profit enterprises. 

Her expertise is focused on human resource management, strategic visioning, organization performance improvement, high-impact coaching, and competency-based leadership development (with an emphasis on Executive Presence, problem-solving, decision-making, emotional intelligence, and self-efficacy). She has been a talk-radio guest and the keynote speaker for a variety of conferences across the USA and an international keynote speaker, panelist, and facilitator (with audiences from South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia).  In addition, she coaches individuals who feel "stuck" and need guidance in unearthing answers to questions about how to identify and go about meeting goals. To many she is a coach, a mentor, and advisor.

She is Founder and Principal of Altitude Consulting and Coaching LLC, (www.AltitudeCandC.com), consulting, training and workforce development company specializing in increasing organizational effectiveness, strengthening leadership teams, and promoting operational excellence. She designs tailored leadership and professional development systems that support organizational change initiatives and long-term sustainability by addressing challenges related to people, process, policy, and culture. She is also the Vice President of Learning and Development for the Greater Philadelphia YMCA.

As an Adjunct Professor at Chestnut Hill College (USA) for their Accelerated Adult Degree Program, she designed curriculum on strategic management, human resources, organizational behavior, executive leadership, employee training and development, diversity consciousness, and business communications. 

What matters most to LeTonya is being able to make a measurable and sustainable difference by providing clients and partners with the tools, resources, and information they need to succeed in reaching their personal, professional, and business goals. Core to her being is the idea of helping individuals live better by empowering them to get past the stumbling blocks in their thinking that keep them from reaching their fullest potential. In her leisure time, she enjoys writing, strength-training, biking, and sharing adventures with her husband.

She holds a Master of Science degree in Organization Development and Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, both from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (USA). She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), a Certified Executive Leadership Coach (CELC) and holds certificates in Executive Presence and Influence (from Wharton’s Aresty Institute of Executive Education) and Mastering Strategic Thinking (from Emeritus Institute of Management).
